长期从事细胞代谢与肿瘤等疾病的发生发展关系研究。近年来以第一作者或通讯作者(含共同)发表论文多篇,包括Nature Cell Biology(2023)、 Nature Communications(2022,2024)、Journal of Experimental Medicine(2020)、Journal of Biological Chemistry(2019)、Cancer Research(2018)、Cell Death Discovery(2021)和Cancer Biology & Medicine(2019)等。多次受邀为Nature Communications, Protein & Cell, Communications Biology等领域内主流期刊多次审稿。主持承担国家自然科学青年科学基金项目B类(原优秀青年科学基金项目)、C类、面上项目、北京市自然科学青年科学基金项目以及浙江省自然科学基金重点项目,并入选第九届中国科协青年人才托举工程。获2024年北京市科学技术奖自然科学奖二等奖、2023年首都医科大学科学技术奖自然科学奖一等奖以及授权发明专利1项。


主要研究内容


1.解析肿瘤代谢重编程的分子机制并寻找针对代谢脆性的分子靶点;
2.探索代谢-免疫互作网络在肿瘤微环境中的动态调控并开发干预策略;
3.解析代谢脂肪性肝病进程中关键代谢节点并阐明其对疾病恶性转化的调控机制;
4.研究代谢调控特定细胞死亡方式的分子机制。
